✅ Refunds – Applicable Only for ₹99 Course

We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. So, we offer a 100% refund only for our ₹99 course, under the following conditions:

• You must attend the full session (live webinar or course).

• If you feel the session did not offer value, you can request a refund.

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Just send us an email at hello@guidence.in with your name, registered email ID, phone number and reason.
  (This helps us improve — but your refund won’t depend on the reason.)

❌ No Refunds for Other Courses

We do not offer refunds for any course priced above ₹99. This includes:

• Self-paced courses

• Premium live trainings

• Combo packs or career-focused programs

Why?

Because these programs involve instant access to digital content, downloadable materials, and backend support — which are not reversible once accessed.

We recommend you read the course curriculum, watch any available previews, or ask us questions before making a purchase.

🔄 Cancellations

• Once you register and pay, cancellations are not allowed.

• If we cancel or reschedule a session from our side, you will be given:

  • A full refund
    OR

  • A new date for the session
